How do I book your services?

Services can be booked right here on our website. Go through the steps of logging in, picking your services, and completing all details about the property. If you have questions, please give us a call at (843) 503-4899.

How do I pay for the services?

Once services are completed, we will send an invoice with your photos and all marketing materials so you will need to pay online in order to view.

When will my photos be ready?

After your photoshoot is completed, final images will be delivered via email no later than 48 hours.

What happens if there is bad weather?

All onsite photoshoot dates are subject to change due to inclement weather conditions. Penalties may incur if a photoshoot is canceled by the real estate agent on the same day.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to change or reschedule your appointment. However, we understand that unforeseen situations arise when listing a property, so please let us know if the situation is beyond your control. Photographer will wait 30 minutes for agent or homeowner to arrive and photoshoot will be rescheduled. Agent is responsible for setting up a new date as well as covering the photoshoot cancellation fee. Services canceled the day of the shoot will be charged at 100% cost of the service.
